Time in Dimension X works just like it does on Earth, with special exceptions. Dimension X has only two time-zones. There were other time-zones, but due to odd magical or scientific mishaps, they simply vanished.
The first time-zone is in the Northern Half of the planet Dimension X. The second time zone is in the Lower Half.
Whenever it's day in one time-zone, it's night in the other, and vice versa.
